Coach hire

Finally, after four years of making the London Rockin’ Rollers one of the best teams in Europe, the decision has been made to pimp out our wonderful coaches for hire to other leagues, and we’ve coached teams such as Oslo Roller Derby, Middlesborough Milk Rollers, Hell’s Belles and more to great feedback!

We have a diverse range of skaters that make up our coaching committee plus our experienced ref crew – check out the vital statistics below:

Jack Attack: Coach

Jack Attack has skated with the league since 2007. She has played on the Allstars travel team since its inception and represented Team England at the Blood & Thunder Roller Derby World Cup. She is a powerhouse that can play all positions on the track and has coached since 2008. She can cater for all types of coaching from basic skills to advanced level.

Murder Urs: Coach

Murder Urs is an agile blocker and occasional jammer who has just over three years’ experience skating. Murder describes her coaching style as “no-nonsense” and specialises in agility, hitting, and fundamental skating technique.

Coach James: Bench Coach/Assistant Coach

Coach James is a calm focus for the Rockin’ Rollers skater and team development. His expertise includes developing sports psychology and mental attitude, communicating tactics from the bench, responding quickly to the tactics of another team, and making the most of time outs.

The Rockin’ Rollers Ref Crew

The Rockin’ Rollers has a fantastic roster of experienced Refs who will happily come and drill the rules into even the most renegade of leagues!

Coaches/Refs can be requested individually, as a group or just under the Rockin’ Rollers banner. Just let us know your needs and we can put together the session to take your league forward.
