Alternative life drawing class organisers Art Macabre invited London Rockin’ Rollers’ KayC/DC and DisorderLee to take part in their Death Becomes Her: Roller Derby special last month, held at Islington’s Cass Art. Focused on the fine sporting physique of roller girls in their war paint and boutfits, the girls held a whole host of poses – from jam starts to those all important warm down stretches – as 50 artists scribbled away.
